Notifications are an essential feature of any collaborative platform, and they allow users to stay up-to-date on all the important activities and events happening in their workspace. In our platform, notifications are designed to keep you informed about any new messages, mentions, tasks, updates, or other changes related to your projects, courses, and plans. With notifications, you can quickly and easily see what's happening, respond to requests, and stay on top of your work. You can manage your notifications by deleting or pinning them, as well as filtering them by type or status. Overall, the Notifications feature provides a streamlined way to stay informed and productive in your collaborative work.
To view your unread notifications, simply click on the notifications icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. A pop-up will appear displaying all of your unread notifications.
To view all of your notifications, including read ones, click on the "See all" button located at the top right of the pop-up. This will take you to a full-screen view of your notifications where you can browse through and manage them all.
To navigate to the relevant content of a notification, simply click on the notification while it is in the pop-up or full-screen view. This will take you directly to the relevant content, such as a post, comment, or message.
For example, if you receive a notification for a new message, clicking on the notification will take you directly to the message thread where you can view and respond to the message. This makes it easy to quickly access and respond to important notifications without having to navigate through the app manually.
To search for specific notifications:
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Click on the "See all" button on the pop-up to view all notifications.
Click on the search box and enter the keyword(s) you want to search for.
You can search for notifications based on;
The person's name and surname or
The plan title.
The search function helps you quickly locate specific notifications among a large number of them.
There are two ways to delete a notification:
In the pop-up window:
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Hover over the notification you want to delete and click on the "X" icon that appears.
Confirm your selection by pressing the "OK" button in the new pop-up window that appears.
In the "See All" window:
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Click the "See All" button on the pop-up window.
Click on the 3-dot icon at the end of the notification.
Select the "Delete" option in the pop-up window.
Confirm your selection by pressing the OK button in the new pop-up that appears.
To delete all notifications, follow these steps:
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Click the "See All" button on the pop-up window.
Click on the "Delete all" button located in the upper right corner of the page.
Confirm your selection by pressing the OK button in the new pop-up window that appears.
Note: Deleting all notifications is not permanent and can be undone. Deleted notifications can be displayed again by selecting them from the filter.
To pin a notification, follow these steps:
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Click the "See All" button on the pop-up window.
Find the notification you want to pin and click on the 3-dot icon at the end of the notification.
Select the "Pin" option in the pop-up window.
Pinning a notification will keep it at the top of your notifications list for easy access. To unpin a notification, simply repeat the above steps and select the "Unpin" option instead.
Filters help users to easily locate and manage their notifications and ensure that important notifications are not missed or overlooked.
Notifications you haven't seen yet.
All read and unread notifications including plans, courses, and workspaces.
All notifications related to plan or workspace invitations.
All notifications related to group activities.
Notifications that have been deleted by you.
To delete a notification permanently, follow these steps:
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Click the "See All" button on the pop-up window.
Select the "Deleted" option from the filter.
Find the notification you want to delete permanently and click on the 3-dot icon at the end of the notification.
Select the "Delete" option in the pop-up window.
Confirm your choice by clicking the "OK" button in the new pop-up window that appears.
Deleting a notification permanently means that it cannot be undone and will not be displayed again.
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Click the "See All" button on the pop-up window.
Select the "Deleted" option from the filter menu.
Click on the "Delete Permanently" button in the upper right corner of the page.
Confirm your choice by clicking on the OK button in the new pop-up window that appears.
Deleting notifications permanently means that they cannot be retrieved later. Be sure that you want to delete all notifications permanently before clicking the "Delete Permanently" button.
To restore a deleted notification, follow these steps:
Click on the notification icon in the upper right corner.
Click the "See All" button on the pop-up window.
Select the "Deleted" option from the filter.
Click on the three-dot icon at the end of the notification you want to restore.
Select the "Restore" option in the pop-up window.
Confirm your choice.
Restoring a notification is only possible if it has been deleted and not permanently deleted. Notifications that have been permanently deleted cannot be restored.
