The Courses feature in the platform is designed to help students access and manage the online courses that have been created for them. You can use the Course Screen to view all your active courses, including course details such as the course name, instructor, and schedule. You can also use this screen to access course materials and assignments that have been shared with you.
To view a list of active courses on the Course screen, please follow these steps:
Click on 'Courses' in the side navigation menu.
From the upper bar, select 'Active'.
A list of active courses will be displayed. To view course details, click on the course name. Please note that if you are a student, you will not have an 'Edit' option for the course as this is only available for course creators or instructors.
To view a list of expired courses on the Course screen, please follow these steps:
Click on 'Courses' in the side navigation menu.
From the upper bar, select 'Expired'.
A list of expired courses will be displayed. To view course details, click on the course name.
By following these simple steps, you can easily access the list of expired courses on the platform. From here, you can view the details of any expired course, including the course name, instructor, and schedule. This information can be helpful in keeping track of your past courses and staying organized.
By using the Course Details feature, you can easily access all the information you need about your active courses, making it easier to stay on top of your coursework and manage your schedule effectively.
To view the details of an active course and any evaluations associated with it, please follow these steps:
Click on 'Courses' in the side navigation menu.
From the upper bar, select 'Active'.
Select the course you want to view by clicking on its name.
Once you are on the course page, you can view all course details, including any evaluations associated with the course.
To view the evaluation content, simply click on the evaluation card.
By following these steps, you can easily access and view all the important details about an active course, including any evaluations that have been shared with you. This can help you stay organized and on top of your coursework.
To view the final evaluation for an active course, please follow these steps:
Click on 'Courses' in the side navigation menu.
From the upper bar, select 'Active'.
Select the course you want to view by clicking on its name.
Once you are on the course page, you can view all course details, including any evaluations associated with the course.
Click on the evaluation card to display the evaluation content.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the final evaluation.
By following these steps, you can easily access and view the final evaluation for any active course you are enrolled in. This can help you assess your performance and identify areas for improvement.
To create a new plan for an active course, please follow these steps:
Click on 'Courses' in the side navigation menu.
From the upper bar, select 'Active'.
Select the course you want to create a plan for by clicking on its name.
In the upper right corner of the page, click the 'Plan' button to create a new plan within the course.
By following these steps, you can easily create a new plan for any active course you are enrolled in. This can help you stay organized, set goals, and track your progress throughout the course.
If the evaluation for a course has been completed, you will not be able to create a new plan within the course. This is because the course has already been evaluated and there is no further work or assignments to be completed.
To create a note in a course, follow these steps:
Click on the Courses tab in the side navigation menu.
Select Active from the upper bar.
Choose the desired course by clicking its name.
Click the Notes button in the upper right corner to create a new encrypted note.
Enter a title and write your note in the provided text field.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your note.
If you want to send it for approval to the teacher, press Approval button.
To view or edit an existing note, simply click on it. To delete a note, click the Delete button next to Approval button.
To display, locate the note you want to edit or delete at the bottom of the course screen.
To edit, click the text input field.
Make your desired changes and click "Save" to update the note.
To delete, click the "Delete" button on the note and confirm the action.
Click on the note that you want to send for approval to the teacher.
Click on the "Approval" button on the note.
Confirm the action to send the note for approval.
Note: Make sure to double-check your note before sending it for approval to ensure that it meets the necessary requirements and is free of errors.
Once the note has been sent for approval, it cannot be edited or deleted.
The Attachment feature in the platform allows you to attach relevant files or documents to a course. This can help you organize course materials and provide students with easy access to important resources.
Adding an attachment to a course is easy. Here are the steps:
Click on the "Courses" option on the side navigation menu.
Select "Active" on the upper bar.
Select the course you want to add an attachment to by clicking its name.
Click on the "Attachment" button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Choose the file you want to attach and click on the "Save" button.
To remove an attachment from the course, follow these steps:
Click on the "Courses" option on the side navigation menu.
Select "Active" on the upper bar.
Choose the course you want to remove the attachment from by clicking on its name.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where the attached files are listed.
Click on the delete icon located at the end of the file name that you want to delete.
Confirm the deletion by clicking on the "Delete" button."
