Teacher's Course Screen

The Courses feature in the platform is designed to help teachers create and manage online courses for their students. As a teacher, you can use the Teacher's Course Screen to view and manage the courses you have created.

Display active courses

To access the Teacher's Course Screen in order to view and manage active courses, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Courses" in the side navigation menu.

  2. Select "Active" from the options displayed in the upper bar.The active courses will be listed on the page.

  3. To view the details of a course, click on the course name.

  4. If you are the creator of the course, you can also edit the course by clicking the "Edit" button.

By accessing the active courses from this screen, teachers can easily manage and update course information, view student progress, and more.

Display expired courses

To display expired courses on the Teacher's Course Screen, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Courses" on the side navigation menu. This will take you to the Teacher's Course Screen.

  2. On the upper bar, select "Expired". This will show you a list of all your expired courses.

  3. You can view the course details by clicking on the course name. This will take you to the course page where you can view the course content, but you won't be able to make any changes to it.

By using the Teacher's Course Screen, you can easily manage your courses and ensure that your students have access to the content they need to succeed.

Display completed evaluations

  1. Click on 'Courses' on the side navigation menu.

  2. Select 'COMPLETED EVALUATIONS' on the upper bar.

  3. You will see a list of completed evaluations, which includes the course name and the student's name.

  4. To view the evaluation given to the student, click on either the course name or the student's name. This will take you to the evaluation page where you can view the student's progress and feedback given by the teacher.

Display course details

Display student list for a course

To display the student list for a course:

  1. Click Courses on the side navigation menu.

  2. Select ACTIVE on the upper bar.

  3. Click on the number of students enrolled in the course. This will display the list of students who are currently enrolled in the course.

Display Work requirements/Learning outcomes

This feature is useful for teachers to monitor their students' progress and ensure that everyone is on track with the course material. By being able to assign tasks and evaluations, teachers can also ensure that students are meeting the course requirements and achieving the desired learning outcomes.

  1. Click Courses on the side navigation menu.

  2. Select ACTIVE on the upper bar.

  3. Click on the number of students to display the list of students enrolled in the course.

  4. Click on the course name to view its details.

  5. Scroll down to find the section labeled "Work Requirements" or "Learning Outcomes" and click on it to expand and view the details.

Transfer group

To transfer a group to another teacher, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Courses" on the side navigation menu.

  2. Select "Active" on the upper bar.

  3. Click on the number of students in the group you want to transfer.

  4. Click on "Transfer group".

  5. Select the teacher to whom you want to transfer the group.

  6. Click on the "Transfer group" button.

Once you transfer the group, the students will be removed from your course and added to the new teacher's course. Note that you can only transfer groups to other teachers within your organization.

View student course details

To view the details of a specific course and its enrolled students, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Courses" option on the left-hand side of the navigation menu.

  2. Select the "ACTIVE" tab from the upper bar to see the list of active courses.

  3. Click on the name of the course that you want to view the details for.

By following these steps, you will be able to access the course screen where you can see a list of enrolled students, their evaluation progress and other relevant information. This will allow you to effectively monitor and manage the course and its participants.

Add/Edit supervisor, practicum place

By adding and editing supervisor and practicum place information for a student in a course, you can ensure that the student's internship or practical training is properly supervised and documented.

To add or edit the supervisor and practicum place of a student in your course, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Courses" on the side navigation menu.

  2. Select "ACTIVE" on the upper bar.

  3. Choose the course that you have created.

  4. Click on the edit icon located at the end of the student's name that you want to modify.

  5. Update the supervisor and practicum place details as necessary.

  6. Click "Save" on the pop-up window.

  7. Click "Save" at the end of the page to apply the changes.

Display/Complete assigned evaluations

To display or complete assigned evaluations for a student in your course, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Courses" in the side navigation menu.

  2. Select "ACTIVE" from the upper bar to view your active courses.

  3. Click on the name of the course to view the list of students.

  4. Click on the name of the student for whom you want to complete the evaluation.

  5. Select the evaluation from the list of assigned evaluations for that student.

  6. Review the evaluation criteria and complete the evaluation as required.

  7. Click on the "Save" button to save your evaluation responses.

Please note that some evaluations may require a minimum number of responses before they can be completed, and that the evaluation criteria may vary depending on the specific evaluation assigned. If you have any questions or concerns about completing evaluations for your students, please reach out to your organization administrator or support staff for assistance.

Display evaluations assigned to supervisor

To display evaluations assigned to a supervisor for a particular student, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Courses option in the side navigation menu.

  2. Select the ACTIVE tab located on the upper bar of the page.

  3. Next, click on the name of the course associated with the evaluations you want to view.

  4. Click on the name of the student for whom you want to display the evaluations.

  5. Here, you should see a list of evaluations assigned to you and to the supervisor for that particular student.

  6. To view an evaluation, simply click on the evaluation with the supervisor's name.

By following these steps, you can easily display evaluations assigned to you and to a supervisor for any student enrolled in your course.

Displaying Plans, Attachments, and Notes for a Student

To display plans, attachments, and notes for a student in a particular course, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Courses" in the side navigation menu of the Teacher's Course Screen.

  2. Select "ACTIVE" on the upper bar.

  3. Click on the name of the course you wish to view.

  4. Click on the name of the student whose plans, attachments, and notes you wish to view.

  5. Select the evaluation for the student, which will take you to the evaluation page.

  6. Scroll down the page to view any plans, attachments, or notes that have been added to the evaluation.

Please note that only the notes that have been created and sent by the student for approval can be displayed by the teacher. Any notes that have not been submitted for approval will not be visible to the teacher.

Complete final evaluation

To complete the final evaluation for a student, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Courses" option in the side navigation menu.

  2. Select the "ACTIVE" option from the upper bar.

  3. Click on the name of the course where the student is enrolled.

  4. Find the name of the student and click on it.

  5. Scroll down the page to the "Final Evaluation" section.

  6. Fill out the fields provided under the "Final Evaluation" section.

  7. Once you have filled out all the required fields, click on the "Save" button to complete the evaluation.

Please note that once you have signed the evaluation form, it will be saved and locked for further editing. If you need to make any changes, please contact the relevant administrator or support for assistance.
