# Creating a New Evaluation Template (ADMIN)

#### Step 1: Accessing the Admin Panel

1. Log in to your MOSO account using your admin credentials.
2. Click on the "Admin" button located in the header of the MOSO application.

#### Step 2: Accessing Templates

3. In the Admin Panel, locate the side menu.
4. Click on "Templates." and then "Evaluation templates"

#### Step 3: Creating a New Template

5. Under "Evaluation Templates," click on the "New Template" button.
6. Fill out the necessary details for your new evaluation template. This may include:
   * Template Name
   * Components: Add and customize the evaluation components as needed

7. Before saving your template, you can preview it to ensure it meets your requirements.

#### Step 4: Creating an Emne (Course)

8. Now that you have created your evaluation template, it's time to create a new "Emne" (Course) to associate with this template.
9. Go to the side menu and click on "Emner."

10. Click on the "Nytt emne" (New Course) button.
11. Fill out all necessary details for the new course, including the course name, description, and other relevant information.

12. As you scroll down, you'll find an option to add the evaluations that you previously created using your template.

#### Step 5: Assigning Responsible Users

13. Within the course creation process, you can assign the user responsible for filling out the evaluation. This could be a teacher, supervisor, or student.

#### Step 6: Assigning Users to the Group

14. Finally, assign teachers, supervisors, and students to this course group as needed.
15. Once you've added all the necessary parties to the course, click "Save" to create the course.

#### Step 7: Accessing the Course and Evaluation Form

16. All parties added to this course group will see the "Emne" (Course) on their "Emner" tab.
17. Within the course, they will have access to the evaluation form created using the template, which they can use to provide feedback and assessments.

Following these steps, you'll be able to create a new evaluation template and associate it with a course in MOSO, making it accessible to all relevant parties for assessment and feedback purposes.
